  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the figure
  1  3 "2001" the following:  ", and if the city requests a
  1  4 magistrate.  Any additional costs to the judicial
  1  5 branch for maintaining a magistrate in a city other
  1  6 than the county seat shall be paid by the city
  1  7 requesting the magistrate".
