1 5 following: "72.6 PUBLIC".
1 6 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
1 7 following:
1 8 "__. "Public funds" means moneys from the vision
1 9 Iowa fund created in section 12.72, moneys expended
1 10 through the community economic betterment program
1 11 established pursuant to section 15.317, and property
1 12 tax revenues collected by a municipality through a
1 13 division of tax revenues under section 403.19,
1 14 subsection 2."
1 15 #3. Page 1, by striking line 15 and inserting the
1 16 following: "public funds."
1 17 #4. Page 1, by striking lines 17 and 18 and
1 18 inserting the following: "contrary, public funds
1 19 shall not be disbursed to any public contracting
1 20 entity".
