  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "rule." the following:  "This subsection does not
  1  4 affect the use or validity of prepaid nonrevocable
  1  5 burial contracts or arrangements for any purpose
  1  6 including, but not limited to, the impact of such
  1  7 contract or arrangement on eligibility for medical
  1  8 assistance under this chapter."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
