  1  1    Amend Senate File 2210, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 32, by striking the words "an
  1  4 ownership or" and inserting the following:  "a".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 28, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "   .  The lease executed by the qualified
  1  8 enterprise terminates no later than twelve years from
  1  9 the date that the qualified enterprise files a notice
  1 10 with the secretary of state as provided in this
  1 11 section.  The lease shall not be renewed or otherwise
  1 12 continued to a date that is later than twelve years
  1 13 from the date that the qualified enterprise files the
  1 14 notice with the secretary of state."
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
