  1  1    Amend House File 2405 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 32, by striking the words "an
  1  3 ownership or" and inserting the following:  "a".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 28, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "   .  The lease executed by the qualified
  1  7 enterprise terminates no later than twelve years from
  1  8 the date that the qualified enterprise files a notice
  1  9 with the secretary of state as provided in this
  1 10 section.  The lease shall not be renewed or otherwise
  1 11 continued to a date that is later than twelve years
  1 12 from the date that the qualified enterprise files the
  1 13 notice with the secretary of state."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
