  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "e.  A civil process server shall receive forty
  1  5 hours of initial training and twenty hours of annual
  1  6 training.  All training shall be provided by certified
  1  7 peace officers who are members of the Iowa state
  1  8 sheriffs' and deputies' association."
