  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8063, to House File 2338 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 2, line 35, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "release." the following:  "For purposes of this
  1  7 subsection, a violation occurs when a person knows or
  1  8 reasonably should know of the duty to fulfill a
  1  9 requirement specified in the offense charged.""
