1 1 Amend the amendment, H-1424, to Senate File 437, as
1 2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. By striking page 1, line 3, through page 4,
1 4 line 15, and inserting the following:
1 5 "# . Page 3, by inserting after line 4 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "Sec. . Section 321G.13, subsection 10, Code
1 8 Supplement 2001, is amended by striking the
1 9 subsection.
1 10 Sec. . Section 321G.13, Code Supplement 2001,
1 11 is amended by adding the following new unnumbered
1 12 paragraph:
1 13 NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH. A person shall not drive
1 14 or operate a snowmobile on public land without a
1 15 measurable snow cover.""
1 16 #2. Page 4, by inserting before line 16 the
1 17 following:
1 18 "# . Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 19 word "snowmobile" the following: "and removing the
1 20 restriction on the use of an all-terrain vehicle on
1 21 public land without a measurable snow cover"."
