  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 21 through 26 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "and rules shall prohibit
  1  4 the school employee from suggesting that the child use
  1  5 a specific prescription drug unless the school
  1  6 employee is a health professional who is authorized by
  1  7 law to prescribe the prescription drug.  The policy
  1  8 and".
