  1  1    Amend Senate File 486, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 17, by striking the figure
  1  4 "725.1,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "1A.  The surcharge assessed in this section shall
  1  8 also be assessed against a person who sells or offers
  1  9 for sale the person's services as a partner in a sex
  1 10 act, or who purchases or offers to purchase such
  1 11 services in violation of section 725.1."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
