  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-2023, to Senate File 476, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 16 through 21 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "shall develop and
  1  6 administer the pilot program.  The department shall
  1  7 determine school district growth in student
  1  8 achievement using the information reported by a
  1  9 participating school district to the department in
  1 10 accordance with section 256.7, subsection 21, which
  1 11 shall be submitted to the department by the school
  1 12 district by individual attendance center."
