  1  1    Amend, the amendment, H-1897, to Senate File 514,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 25, line 18, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "value" the following:  "per owner on a statewide
  1  6 basis".
  1  7    #2.  Page 25, by inserting after line 27, the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "For purposes of establishing the valuation
  1 10 limitation under this subsection, if more than one
  1 11 person has an ownership interest in the property, the
  1 12 multiple owners shall be considered one owner so that
  1 13 the two hundred thousand dollar limitation cannot be
  1 14 exceeded as a result of multiple ownership."
