  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AND TEACHER QUALITY
  1  6 SAVINGS ACCOUNT FUND
  1  7    For deposit in the student achievement and teacher
  1  8 quality savings account fund created in section 12.90:  
  1  9 .................................................. $ 40,000,000"
  1 10    #2.  Page 23, by inserting after line 4 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  12.90  STUDENT
  1 13 ACHIEVEMENT AND TEACHER QUALITY SAVINGS ACCOUNT FUND.
  1 14    1.  A student achievement and teacher quality
  1 15 savings account is created as a separate and distinct
  1 16 fund in the state treasury under the control of the
  1 17 department of education.  Moneys in the fund are
  1 18 subject to appropriation by the general assembly for
  1 19 student achievement and teacher quality activities as
  1 20 enacted by the Seventy-ninth General Assembly, First
  1 21 Session, or by future general assemblies.
  1 22    2.  Revenue for the student achievement and teacher
  1 23 quality savings account fund shall be deposited with
  1 24 the treasurer of state and credited to the fund and
  1 25 shall include, but is not limited to, moneys in the
  1 26 form of a devise, gift, bequest, donation, federal or
  1 27 other grant, reimbursement, repayment, judgment,
  1 28 transfer, payment, or appropriation from any source
  1 29 intended to be used for the purposes of the fund."
