  1  1    Amend Senate File 514, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 15, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "fund" the following:  "and shall not include revenues
  1  5 received under section 99F.11 deposited in the general
  1  6 fund".
  1  7    #2.  Page 16, line 35, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "three." the following:  "However, for purposes of
  1  9 this paragraph, the ending fund balance for the fiscal
  1 10 year beginning July 1, 1996, and for the fiscal year
  1 11 beginning July 1, 1999, shall not include revenues
  1 12 received under section 99F.11 deposited in the general
  1 13 fund."
