1 1 Amend the amendment, H-1835, to Senate File 516, as
1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 1, line 23, by inserting after the word
1 5 "distributed" the following: "in the following
1 6 order".
1 7 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 24, the
1 8 following:
1 9 " . If a teacher compensation reform and student
1 10 achievement savings account fund is established by an
1 11 Act of the general assembly, there shall be
1 12 transferred into such fund as follows:
1 13 (1) For each fiscal year in the period beginning
1 14 July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2004, the sum of
1 15 forty million dollars annually.
1 16 (2) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004,
1 17 the sum of twenty-five million dollars.
1 18 (3) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005,
1 19 the sum of ten million dollars."
