  1  1    Amend House File 714 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "counseling;" the following:  "parent and early
  1  4 childhood education;".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "f.  The area is designated as a community
  1  8 empowerment area in accordance with chapter 28."
  1  9    #3.  Page 3, by inserting after line 24 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "(4)  A community empowerment area board created in
  1 12 accordance with chapter 28."
  1 13    #4.  Page 3, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "institution." the following:  "This subparagraph
  1 15 shall not be interpreted to prevent a community
  1 16 empowerment area board from being considered a
  1 17 qualifying organization."
  1 18    #5.  Page 7, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1 19 "authority" the following:  "with notification given
  1 20 to the community empowerment board".
