  1  1    Amend Senate File 535, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, line 5, by striking the figure
  1  4 "1,710,439" and inserting the following:  "1,771,939".
  1  5    #2.  Page 6, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Reimbursement paid to the institutions of higher
  1  8 learning under the state board of regents for
  1  9 participation in the access plus program during the
  1 10 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June
  1 11 30, 2002, shall not exceed the total amount of
  1 12 reimbursement paid to the regents institutions of
  1 13 higher learning for participation in the access plus
  1 14 program during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000,
  1 15 and ending June 30, 2001."
  1 16    #3.  Page 6, line 8, by striking the figure
  1 17 "1,880,000" and inserting the following:  "2,000,000".
