  1  1    Amend House File 727 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:  
  1  4                       "DIVISION I
  1  5              ALLOWED GROWTH FUNDING POOLS"
  1  6    #2.  By striking page 1, line 35 through page 2,
  1  7 line 5 and inserting the following:
  1  8    "(3)  In the fiscal year that commenced two years
  1  9 prior to the fiscal year of distribution, the county's
  1 10 mental health, mental retardation, and developmental
  1 11 disabilities services fund ending balance under
  1 12 generally accepted accounting principles was equal to
  1 13 or less than twenty-five percent of the county's
  1 14 actual gross expenditures for the fiscal year that
  1 15 commenced two years prior to the fiscal year of
  1 16 distribution."
  1 17    #3.  Page 4, by striking lines 16 through 30.
  1 18    #4.  Page 5, line 2, by inserting before the word

  1 31 funding".

  1 33 "relief fund".
  1 34    #11.  By renumbering as necessary.
