1 28 #3. Page 11, line 18, by striking the figure
1 29 "412,481" and inserting the following: "444,126".
1 30 #4. By striking page 11, line 24, through page 12,
1 31 line 2, and inserting the following:
1 32 "Of the funds appropriated in this subsection, at
1 33 least $36,000 shall be spent for expenses relating to
1 34 the administration of federal funds for juvenile
1 35 assistance. The department of human rights shall
1 36 employ sufficient staff to meet the federal funding
1 37 match requirements established by the federal office
1 38 for juvenile justice and delinquency prevention. The
1 39 governor's advisory council on juvenile justice shall
1 40 determine the staffing level necessary to carry out
1 41 federal and state mandates for juvenile justice.
1 42 8. COMMUNITY GRANT FUND
1 43 For the community grant fund established in section
1 44 232.190, to be used for the purposes of the community
1 45 grant fund, and for not more than the following full-
1 46 time equivalent positions:
