  1  7    #3.  Page 47, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "   .  Of the funds appropriated in this section,
  1 10 $129,971 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001,
  1 11 shall be transferred to the state university of Iowa
  1 12 for the university-affiliated program for the support
  1 13 of Iowa creative employment options (CEO)."
