1 8 under this section by providing anonymous information
1 9 to the board. The board may also regard any
1 10 information submitted to it as confidential, pursuant
1 11 to section 22.7, subsection 18, until the board
1 12 determines that there is no probable cause to believe
1 13 a violation has occurred, until the board directs
1 14 administrative resolution or informal settlement of
1 15 the matter, or until a notice of a contested case
1 16 proceeding is issued under subsection 9."
