  1  1    Amend Senate File 240, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 16 through 20, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "5.  All costs relating to ongoing furnishings and
  1  6 equipment replacement and all tax benefits and
  1  7 liabilities relating to the construction and ownership
  1  8 of the facility shall be the responsibility of the
  1  9 private investor.  Maintenance costs shall be the
  1 10 responsibility of the school district."
