  1  1    Amend Senate File 348, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "students." the following:  "If a pilot charter school
  1  5 chooses not to comply with all of the provisions of
  1  6 statute or administrative rule, in accordance with
  1  7 section 256F.5, subsection 1, the pilot charter school
  1  8 shall provide a statement indicating the provisions
  1  9 with which the pilot charter school does not comply."
