  1  1    Amend Senate File 348, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "years." the following:  "Notwithstanding sections
  1  5 282.1 and 282.24, a pilot charter school may charge a
  1  6 student who is not a resident of Iowa tuition and
  1  7 fees, but shall not include the student in the pilot
  1  8 charter school's enrollment for state school
  1  9 foundation aid purposes."
