  1  3    #1.  By striking page 1, line 1, through page 2,
  1  4 line 25.
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 28 and 29, and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "708.12  ASSAULT,
  1  7 HARASSMENT, AND STALKING – NO-CONTACT."
  1  8    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 31 and 32, and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "section 708.1, harassment
  1 10 in violation of".
  1 11    #4.  Page 3, by striking lines 2 and 3, and
  1 12 inserting the following:  "708.1, or a violation of
  1 13 section 708.7".
  1 14    #5.  Page 4, by striking lines 1 and 2, and
  1 15 inserting the following:  "or a violation of section
  1 16 708.7".
  1 17    #6.  Title page, by striking lines 1 and 2, and
  1 18 inserting the following:  "An Act relating to
  1 19 protection for persons involved in an assault."
  1 20    #7.  By renumbering as necessary.
