  1  1    Amend Senate File 372, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 10, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 331.605, Code 2001, is amended
  1  6 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  6A.  A technology fee of five
  1  8 dollars for each recorded transaction for which a fee
  1  9 is paid pursuant to section 331.604.  The technology
  1 10 fee shall be used exclusively for the purpose of
  1 11 implementing the requirements of chapter 554D in the
  1 12 county."
