  1  1    Amend Senate File 349, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 33 through 35 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "information to the board.
  1  5 However, the board may regard any information
  1  6 submitted to it as confidential, pursuant to section
  1  7 22.7, subsection 18, until the board determines that
  1  8 there is no probable cause to believe a violation has
  1  9 occurred, until the board directs administrative
  1 10 resolution or informal settlement of the matter, or
  1 11 until a notice of a contested case proceeding is
  1 12 issued under subsection 9."
