  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 1, by striking the words
  1  3 "paragraphs c and" and inserting the following:
  1  4 "paragraph c".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 2, and inserting the
  1  6 following:  "Code 2001, is amended to read as
  1  7 follows:"
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 and 7.
  1  9    #4.  Page 1, by inserting before line 8, the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "Sec.    .  Section 144.29A, subsection 1,
  1 12 paragraph j, Code 2001, is amended by striking the
  1 13 paragraph."
  1 14    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
