  1  1    Amend House File 678 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 598.17, Code 2001, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  6    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  A decree dissolving the
  1  7 marriage shall include a finding that states the name
  1  8 and age of each minor child by date of birth whose
  1  9 welfare may be affected by the dissolution.  The
  1 10 decree shall also include a finding that states
  1 11 whether the wife is pregnant."
  1 12    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 13 word "to" the following:  "parents and children
  1 14 including provisions relating to".
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
