1 1 Amend House File 434 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Section 1. Section 321.372, subsection 3, Code
1 5 2001, is amended by adding the following new
1 6 unnumbered paragraph:
1 7 NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH. Notwithstanding anything
1 8 to the contrary in section 602.8106 or 805.12, one-
1 9 half of the amount of a scheduled fine collected under
1 10 section 805.8 for a violation of this subsection is
1 11 appropriated and shall be paid to the school district
1 12 within which the violation occurred. The moneys
1 13 received by the school district pursuant to this
1 14 paragraph shall be considered miscellaneous income and
1 15 shall be used to purchase and install cameras on
1 16 school buses in order to monitor and record violations
1 17 of this subsection."
1 18 #2. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 19 word "buses" the following: "and making an
1 20 appropriation".
1 21 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
