  1  1    Amend House File 684 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 904.108, Code 2001, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  The director may establish and
  1  7 maintain a victim's reimbursement fund for the deposit
  1  8 of moneys received from offenders for the purpose of
  1  9 reimbursing travel expenses of victims who attend
  1 10 victim impact classes and victims who attend victim-
  1 11 offender sessions in a prison setting."
  1 12    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 13 word "fund" the following:  "and victim's
  1 14 reimbursement funds at correctional facilities".
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
