  1  1    Amend House File 577 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 15, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "revenue" the following:  ", provided, however, that
  1  4 the rate covenants contained within any trust
  1  5 indentures or bond resolutions used for the financing
  1  6 of electric generating facilities under this
  1  7 subchapter shall require a majority vote of the
  1  8 customers of each participating municipal utility of
  1  9 the electric power agency to approve any rate
  1 10 increases".
