1 35 facility shall not be financed with the proceeds of
1 36 public bonds or obligations, the interest on which is
1 37 exempt from federal income tax, unless the public
1 38 issuer shall comply with the requirement or
1 39 limitations imposed by the Internal Revenue Code or
1 40 other applicable federal law to preserve the tax
1 41 exemption of interest payable on the bonds or
1 42 obligations."
1 43 #10. By renumbering as necessary.
