1 3 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 33 the
1 4 following:
1 5 " . To the college student aid commission, the
1 6 department of education for the Iowa empowerment fund
1 7 and community colleges, and the state board of regents
1 8 for the university of Iowa hospitals and clinics
1 9 indigent patient program in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter
1 10 1223, section 11, to the college student aid
1 11 commission for Iowa tuition grants, scholarships,
1 12 vocational-technical tuition grants, and work-study
1 13 programs in sections 261.25 and 261.85, and in other
1 14 enactments and codified statutes making appropriations
1 15 from the general fund of the state for such purposes
1 16 in that fiscal year.
1 17 . To the Iowa department of public health for
1 18 elderly wellness in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1222,
1 19 section 5, subsection 6, and to the department of
1 20 human rights, in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1222, section
1 21 6, and in other enactments and codified statutes
1 22 making appropriations from the general fund of the
1 23 state for these purposes in that fiscal year.
1 24 . To the department of human services for
1 25 family investment program, child support recovery,
1 26 child care assistance, juvenile institutions, child
1 27 and family services, state mental health institutes,
1 28 mental illness special services, special needs grants,
1 29 field operations, general administration, and
1 30 volunteers in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapters 1228, and other
1 31 enactments making appropriation for these purposes in
1 32 that fiscal year.
1 33 . To the department of corrections for the
1 34 judicial district departments of correctional
1 35 services, office of the public defender of the
1 36 department of inspections and appeals, and department
1 37 of public safety for the divisions of criminal
1 38 investigation, narcotics enforcement, fire marshal,
1 39 and Iowa state patrol in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1229,
1 40 sections, 7, 10, and 15, and other enactments making
1 41 appropriations from the general fund of the state for
1 42 these purposes for that fiscal year.
1 43 . To the state department of transportation for
1 44 purposes of public transit assistance in section
1 45 312.2, subsection 14."
1 46 #2. Page 10, by inserting after line 7 the
1 47 following:
1 48 "Sec. 100. 2001 Iowa Acts, House File 1, section
1 49 1, is repealed.
1 50 Sec. . RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY. Section 100
2 1 of this Act, relating to 2001 Iowa Acts, House File 1,
2 2 is retroactively applicable to February 5, 2001."
