  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "hydrants" the following:  ", facilities".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 22 through 24 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "fire protection purposes if
  1  6 the purpose of the hydrants, facilities, or water used
  1  7 is not for fire protection.  Not later than July 1,
  1  8 2006, the legislative".
