  1  2    #1.  Page 37, by striking lines 13 through 17 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "d.  A person engaged in the practice as a
  1  5 certified public accountant or as a licensed public
  1  6 accountant, or any member, employee, or nonlicensed
  1  7 owner of a firm licensed under this chapter, shall not
  1  8 engage either directly or indirectly in the practice
  1  9 of law within the entities licensed under this
  1 10 chapter."
