  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1154, to House File 324 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 16, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "address." the following:  "The penalty under
  1  7 section 321.482 shall not apply to a licensee's
  1  8 failure to notify the department of such an address
  1  9 change.""
  1 10    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 37 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "#   .  By striking page 17, line 33, through page
  1 13 18, line 5."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 15 internal references as necessary.
