  1  1    Amend House File 194, as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 8, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 147.80, subsection 13, Code
  1  5 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    13.  License to practice nursing issued upon the
  1  7 basis of an examination given by the board of nurse
  1  8 examiners nursing, license to practice nursing based
  1  9 on an endorsement from another state, territory or
  1 10 foreign country, renewal of a license to practice
  1 11 nursing."
  1 12    #2.  Page 21, by inserting after line 15, the
  1 13 following:
  1 14    "Sec.    .  Section 714.19, subsection 2, Code
  1 15 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1 16    2.  Schools of nursing accredited by the board of
  1 17 nurse examiners nursing or an equivalent public board
  1 18 of another state or foreign country."
  1 19    #3.  By numbering, renumbering, and changing
  1 20 internal references as necessary.
