  1  6    #3.  Page 1, line 15, by striking the word "one-
  1  7 third" and inserting the following:  "one-fourth".
  1  8    #4.  Page 1, line 17, by striking the word "two-
  1  9 thirds" and inserting the following:  "two-fourths".
  1 10    #5.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "(3)  For tax years beginning in the 2003 calendar
  1 13 year, three-fourths of taxable social security
  1 14 benefits received."
  1 15    #6.  Page 1, line 29, by striking the figure "2003"
