  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "applicable." the following:  "However, the rules
  1  4 adopted by the commission on or after July 1, 2001,
  1  5 under this section, that provide for the taking and
  1  6 possession of mourning doves shall provide that
  1  7 mourning doves shall be taken with nontoxic shot
  1  8 only."
