  1  4 RELATING TO THE CREATION OF A REAL ESTATE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.

  1  6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  7 
  1  8    Section 1.  Section 358C.1, subsection 2, paragraph d, Code
  1  9 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1 10    d.  "District" means a real estate improvement district as
  1 11 created in this chapter.  A real estate improvement district
  1 12 shall not be created after June 30, 2000.
