  1  1    Amend House File 2579, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 1, line 4, through page 2,
  1  4 line 13.
  1  5    #2.  Page 6, by striking lines 29 through 31, and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "1.  Subject to the program plan as authorized by a
  1  8 constitutional majority of each house of the general
  1  9 assembly and approved by the governor, the governor
  1 10 shall sell".
  1 11    #3.  Page 8, by striking lines 3 through 18, and
  1 12 inserting the following:  "and the executive council.
  1 13 A program plan shall not be implemented unless
  1 14 implementation of the program plan is authorized by a
  1 15 constitutional majority of each house of the general
  1 16 assembly and approved by the governor."
  1 17    #4.  Page 9, by striking lines 9 through 15, and
  1 18 inserting the following:  "to authorization of the
  1 19 program plan by a constitutional majority of each
  1 20 house of the general assembly and approval by the
  1 21 governor."
  1 22    #5.  By striking page 19, line 4, through page 20,
  1 23 line 2.
  1 24    #6.  Page 20, by striking lines 19 through 22.
  1 25    #7.  Page 20, by inserting before line 23, the
  1 26 following:
  1 27    "Sec.    .  Chapter 12E is repealed March 1, 2001."
  1 28    #8.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 29 word "bonds," the following:  "providing for a
  1 30 repeal,".
  1 31    #9.  By renumbering as necessary.
