1 3 #1. Page 4, line 27, by inserting after the word
1 4 "credit" the following: ", subject to the
1 5 availability of the credit,".
1 6 #2. Page 7, by inserting before line 31 the
1 7 following:
1 8 " . The total amount of tax credits that may be
1 9 approved for a fiscal year under this chapter shall
1 10 not exceed two million five hundred thousand dollars.
1 11 Tax credit certificates shall be issued on the basis
1 12 of the earliest awarding of certifications of
1 13 completion as provided in subsection 1. The
1 14 departments of cultural affairs and revenue and
1 15 finance shall each adopt rules to jointly administer
1 16 this subsection and shall provide by rule for the
1 17 method to be used to determine for which fiscal year
1 18 the tax credits are approved."
