  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5549, to House File 2540, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking line 50 and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "prior to July 1, 2001.
  1  6    c.  An enterprise zone designated under this
  1  7 subsection shall not be located within ten miles of a
  1  8 city with a population of one hundred fifty thousand
  1  9 or more, according to the most recent census.""
