1 8 "2A. WAIVER. The director, when such authority is
1 9 delegated by the information technology council under
1 10 section 14B.104, may grant a waiver from a requirement
1 11 otherwise applicable to a participating agency in the
1 12 same manner as provided for the information technology
1 13 council under section 14B.104.""
1 14 #2. Page 2, line 26, by inserting after the word
1 15 "council." the following: "The information technology
1 16 council may delegate its authority to waive a
1 17 requirement under this subsection to the director."
1 18 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
