  1  1    Amend Senate File 2447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 21, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "requirement.  The program
  1  4 shall provide grants in an amount of not more than ten
  1  5 million dollars during the fiscal year beginning July
  1  6 1, 2000, not more than twenty million dollars during
  1  7 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and not more
  1  8 than twenty million dollars during the fiscal year
  1  9 beginning July 1, 2002."
