  1  1    Amend Senate File 2452 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 483A.2, as enacted by 2000 Iowa
  1  5 Acts, House File 2486, section 6, is amended to read
  1  6 as follows:
  1  7    483A.2  DUAL RESIDENCY.
  1  8    A resident license shall be limited to persons who
  1  9 do not claim any resident privileges, except as
  1 10 defined in section 483A.1A, subsection 4, paragraphs
  1 11 "b", and "c", and "d", in another state or country.  A
  1 12 person shall not purchase or apply for any resident
  1 13 license or permit if that person has claimed residency
  1 14 in any other state or country."
