1 4 "8. Of any moneys appropriated for deposit in the
1 5 fund, up to ten percent may be used for the
1 6 development of marketing efforts and promotion of Iowa
1 7 tourism attractions and events in markets outside the
1 8 state. Moneys for such out-of-state marketing and
1 9 promotion shall be allocated equally among the three
1 10 tourism regions in the state."
