  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5369, to Senate File
  1  2 2329, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 50 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "805.8, subsection 2, paragraph "ac".
  1  5    Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  327G.25  CLOSING OF
  1  6 CROSSING FOR REPAIR OR UPGRADE.
  1  7    A railway corporation shall not close a railway
  1  8 crossing to the traveling public for more than thirty
  1  9 days for the purpose of repairing or upgrading the
  1 10 crossing.  A railway corporation violating this
  1 11 section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
  1 12 schedule "one" penalty."
  1 13    #2.  Page 2, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "provisions," and inserting the following:
  1 15 "regulating the closing of railway crossings,".
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
