1 6 "Sec. . FUNDING FOR IOWACCESS. Notwithstanding
1 7 section 321A.3, subsection 1, for the fiscal year
1 8 beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, the
1 9 first $1,000,000 collected and transferred by the
1 10 department to the treasurer of state with respect to
1 11 the fees for transactions involving the furnishing of
1 12 a certified abstract of a vehicle operating record
1 13 under section 321A.3, subsection 1, shall be
1 14 transferred to the IowAccess revolving fund created in
1 15 section 18.187 and administered by the division of
1 16 information technology services of the department of
1 17 general services for the purposes of developing,
1 18 implementing, maintaining, and expanding electronic
1 19 access to government records in accordance with the
1 20 requirements set forth in chapter 18, division VII."
